This Is Bliss delivers fabulous gift boxes all over Australia. We place value on customer service and use only the highest quality products.
Our team are happy to fulfil your order and create a lasting impression on your recipients.
Trading Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday

| Order Terms |

All orders placed by 9.00am AEST will be shipped that day(*). All other orders will be dispatched that day for delivery to their destination. Time required for delivery is dependant on location and is outlined in shipping & freight.
(*) Excluding Christmas orders - see below.

o Special instructions are welcome and specific dates that you would like your gift to be delivered can be accommodated.

o Please note orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business working day. For example, if you place your order for delivery to Melbourne on a Saturday, your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday (Melbourne metro)

Christmas is a very busy period. Please allow 3-4 days for shipping of orders placed on the site.
Specific dates that you would like the gift to be delivered can be accommodated, however please choose appropriate freight option and delivery.
There is no Sunday/or Public Holiday delivery anywhere in Australia.

We also reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock, but guarantees the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.

This Is Bliss does not accept responsibility for a gift once it has left our premises, however, if a gift arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, This Is Bliss will asses the situation for replacement based on a case by case situation.
